Information in a demo request
If you submit the demo form, the website records your name, email address, company, organization size, area of interest, optional message, contact consent, submission time, and request reference. Avoid including passwords, private support records, or other sensitive information in the message.
Purpose and storage
The details are collected so your demo request can be reviewed and followed up. Requests are stored on the website server in a private location outside the public website files. The form does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or send your information to an AI provider.
Cookies and external services
This website does not currently include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or a marketing-cookie system. Fonts are served from the website itself. Your browser and hosting infrastructure may process technical request information necessary to deliver pages and protect the service.
Illustrative product content
The product preview uses fictional records stored in the website code. Selecting a preview tab or row does not connect to an employee account or a live IssueLane workspace.
Reviewing a request
Keep the reference shown after a successful submission. You can reference it when communicating with the team about your demo request. You can also use the contact form to request a correction or withdrawal, identifying the earlier reference without including sensitive data.
Deployment-specific details
The responsible business’s legal identity, privacy contact, hosting location, and retention period must be confirmed for the public deployment. This notice describes the current website implementation; those operator-specific details have not yet been supplied.
